You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and comply with applicable laws when using the Services. Automated access must respect reasonable rate limits and not compromise other customers’ stability.

• You are responsible for any activity under credentials associated with your account.
• You will not misuse the Services to scrape protected content or circumvent technical protections.

Intellectual property

The Services - including software, documentation, logos, and design - remain the property of GetWhatChanged or its licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.

The Services may contain bugs or inaccuracies. Screenshots reflect website content captured at a moment in time only. Availability and capture quality vary with network conditions.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GETWHATCHANGED AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IF NO PAYMENTS APPLY.

Termination

You may discontinue use at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms or create risk for the platform or other customers.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be summarized on this page when practical.
