Refund policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Overview
All fees for GetWhatChanged are final. We do not provide refunds for subscription charges or partial billing periods. By purchasing a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable except where a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor. Canceling renewal stops future charges but does not refund amounts already billed for the current term.
Billing disputes and errors
If you believe a charge is incorrect (for example, a duplicate charge caused by a technical error), contact us promptly at hello@getwhatchanged.com with your account email and invoice details. We will investigate clear processing errors with our payment provider; this process is not a guarantee of refund and does not change the general no-refunds policy above.
Service availability
Temporary outages, degraded performance, or maintenance do not create a right to refunds or credits. We work to restore service quickly and communicate material incidents when practical.
